Sneak Peek… Shh still editing

Sneak Peek while editing… just a short blurb

Unfortunately, my less than stealthy entrance attracts the eyes of all the bodies in the classroom. Male eyes. This was not my intention. Of course, my appearance now attracts the wrong idea, as the majority of this class is all male athletes with one thing flashing in their eyes. I am wishing I had sweats and a t-shirt on, like most college students, rather than the leggy shorts. I guess my ‘dress up a little to get the professor’s attention’ tactic has backfired. Slinking slowly into the closest available seat, I pull out my iPad and begin scribbling notes without looking up.

Love a Boss, hold onto to your seats!

loveaboss

Logan Chance’s, follow-up to Like a Boss, is Love a Boss and it is intense, funny, serious, sexy, and hot off the press. Loved the development of Penny and Theo as they navigate the depths one will go to protect someone they love. The multi-genre tie in of art, list making, and prose is a unique approach which I love about this series. Chance writes with a deliberately quick pace, forcing the reader to hold onto their seat and take the roller coaster ride. Take the time and read this duet for a little weekend romance fun!

Quiver a Rom-Drama

quiver

The follow-up novel to Quake is Quiver by Jacob Chance. Janny and Kyle are two characters who are not without flaws but find themselves hopelessly in love a the end of Quake. Unfortunately, the universe does not want to make things simple for the couple and throws them a few curveballs. Quiver and Quake are quick reads, with a very unique rom-drama suspense behind them. The duet should not be missed from your reading list, and Delve, the spin-off of characters in Quake and Quiver will be released in November, so you’ll want to be acquainted with everyone by then!

Stroked Long

strokedlong_skittish

The amazing story of Bodi Banks and Ruby Hearts, one struggling swimmer and one struggling artist, meet up for a beautifully written tale. Meghan Quinn’s second novel in the Stroked series is gold medal award-winning. It brought me from laughter to tears and truly unveiled the internal struggles of Bodi’s life in a real and raw form. He’s a man on the outside, yet his internal battle with guilt and PTSD leave him a crippled little boy on the inside. His relationship with Ruby naturally brings out both the best and worst parts of his internal struggles, and Quinn brings the reader to their knees as she develops Bodi’s true inner demons. Ruby is Bodi’s yin to yang and their growth together simply melts the reader’s emotions. This is a great read with cameos from Stroked with Reese, Paisley, Hollis, Melony, and the ever over the top, self-absorbed Bellini Chambers.

The Goal – Off Campus Series by Elle Kennedy

thegoalellekennedy

The Goal is the fourth book in Elle Kennedy’s Off Campus Series. If you like college romance with a mixture of academia, swirled with a sweaty sports sense, then you’ll love this series. The Goal is the latest and follows the story of Sabrina James and John Tucker. It’s layered with multiple modern-day themes, super hot sexy times, and the maturation life hands you when you play life on the edge. Elle Kennedy’s series is always a pleasure to read, layered with plenty of college antics, humor, and enough soul-searching for a completely enjoyable read.
