Belle Brooks Thirty Days Part 2

thirtydays2001

Belle Brooks once again creates and builds upon an unbelievably beautiful love story. Brooks’ creative style is only further developed in Thirty Days Part Two, as she builds upon the twists of fate from Part One and the jaw dropping surreal story of Abigail and Marcus. Please add this to your TBR on Goodreads and don’t wait too long for this little gem to get into your hands.

Blurb:

“Life is not always as it seems, Abigail, it can be masked by many disguises.”

Memories are defined as the faculty by which the mind stores and remembers information.

What would you do if you learned your memories were incorrect? That they’d been stored to hide a bitter truth? Is this even possible?

Abigail McMillian knows now it is, after a life she chose to forget—a life she chose to change, comes flooding back. Suffering from retrograde amnesia triggered by a fall, Abigail must now try to piece together her real memories from the ones she fictionally created.

Face to face with Marcus again, the love of her life and the man she’s forgotten for seven years, Abigail’s left with one decision to make:
remember the pain she chose to erase, or remain forever blissful, fictitious in a world of her own creation.

That’s unless all is not what it seems.

Wicked Little Words – Only for the truly brave or maybe the insane!

wlwcover

Stevie J. Cole and BT Urruela joined forces and created a wildly intense, gruesome read. This kept me on my toes from the prologue through the cleverly twisted finish line. The mental intricacies woven throughout this tale are simply brilliant. Teaching suspense, while reading this beauty, left me in a deep book hangover and in desperate need of a debrief. Cole and Urruela dazzled me with the deep imagery of raw madness from the serial killer, to the purity and innocence expressed in their heroine. Wicked Little Words is masterfully written. Prepare yourself for a Poe and King on steroids read!

Can your whole life change in one moment?

Away at college, Crystal Castles Clark loves programming computers and playing video games. She doesn’t have time to waste with relationships that are going nowhere and jerks that just want to get in her pants.

Tommy Blackwell lives with his buddy, Joel, in a house off campus while he works on finishing up his programming degree. He’s not looking for a girlfriend, just trying his best to please his family and pass his classes with the least amount of effort possible.

What happens when two people who seem born for one another cross paths? Should they embrace their attraction or fight it for the sake of appearing normal? Can one event change everything in the end just as surely as it did in the beginning?

*Tommy Boy is a prequel novella to Panty Whisperer: The Complete Series and both can be read independently in any order. For 18+ readers only. This story contains scalding hot sexy times, alpha male tendencies, and sweet moments sure to make you swoon.*

CD Reiss Blew Marriage Right Outta the Water!

marriagegames

CD Reiss blew my mind with Marriage Games. Marriage is a complex entity in and of itself and Reiss takes all facets to another level. It left me in a major book hangover and my mind is still working over all of the major issues and undertones she nails down so skillfully. Kudos to Reiss on the depth and complexity of Marriage Games!

L.J. Shen – Captures me once again!

tyed

L.J Shen always amazes me with her dark-side of love perspective. She is a master at creating the anti-hero. Tyed takes the reader through a journey which examines the ugly side of certain businesses and the sacrifices one will make to get ahead in a career. She knows exactly where to build the suspense and add in the steamy scenes.

I loved Blood to Dust, now Tyed, and I finished her novella, Defy in the anthology Hot for Teacher boxed set which will be ready on October 18, 2016. 100% of digital sales profits will go to ProLiteracy, promoting and supporting literacy programs for all ages, genders, and cultures.

Grab your copies of Tyed and Hot for Teacher Anthology now because reading is one of the best gifts in the world building confidence and creating freedoms like nothing else!

Love a Boss, hold onto to your seats!

loveaboss

Logan Chance’s, follow-up to Like a Boss, is Love a Boss and it is intense, funny, serious, sexy, and hot off the press. Loved the development of Penny and Theo as they navigate the depths one will go to protect someone they love. The multi-genre tie in of art, list making, and prose is a unique approach which I love about this series. Chance writes with a deliberately quick pace, forcing the reader to hold onto their seat and take the roller coaster ride. Take the time and read this duet for a little weekend romance fun!

Quiver a Rom-Drama

quiver

The follow-up novel to Quake is Quiver by Jacob Chance. Janny and Kyle are two characters who are not without flaws but find themselves hopelessly in love a the end of Quake. Unfortunately, the universe does not want to make things simple for the couple and throws them a few curveballs. Quiver and Quake are quick reads, with a very unique rom-drama suspense behind them. The duet should not be missed from your reading list, and Delve, the spin-off of characters in Quake and Quiver will be released in November, so you’ll want to be acquainted with everyone by then!

Stroked Long

strokedlong_skittish

The amazing story of Bodi Banks and Ruby Hearts, one struggling swimmer and one struggling artist, meet up for a beautifully written tale. Meghan Quinn’s second novel in the Stroked series is gold medal award-winning. It brought me from laughter to tears and truly unveiled the internal struggles of Bodi’s life in a real and raw form. He’s a man on the outside, yet his internal battle with guilt and PTSD leave him a crippled little boy on the inside. His relationship with Ruby naturally brings out both the best and worst parts of his internal struggles, and Quinn brings the reader to their knees as she develops Bodi’s true inner demons. Ruby is Bodi’s yin to yang and their growth together simply melts the reader’s emotions. This is a great read with cameos from Stroked with Reese, Paisley, Hollis, Melony, and the ever over the top, self-absorbed Bellini Chambers.
